A Message from Our Founder, Rita Nachef
SNM Consulting was born from my own experience working in HR for many years. I found that HR was frequently applied in a rigid, black-and-white way, centred on rules and legislation with little room for judgement. While compliance is non-negotiable, the most effective HR solutions balance risk management with practical, considered decision-making that works in the real world.
That belief is at the core of how SNM Consulting operates. We respect the rules, regulations, and legislation, while also applying common sense, empathy, and flexibility to every situation. This isn’t about cutting corners — it’s about understanding context, listening carefully, and delivering solutions that are compliant, practical, and genuinely workable.
